Lee Pao Xiong is a graphic designer based in New York City. Born and raised in the state of the Golden Gophers with a little sprinkle of the Tar Heels or the Blue Devils (depending on who you side with), he graduated from the Art Institute International of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.
With over a decade of experience, he has worked across various creative fields, including media, film, print, photography, marketing, and music industry. In 2013, he co-founded Dopery and Adept Visual Studios (AVS), serving as Lead Design Director until 2015, when he moved to New York City to pursue new opportunities.
So, who is Lee Pao? He’s a small-city kid with big aspirations that was oddly sparked by Home Alone 2. His creative journey began with coding and web design, but the allure of the world of graphic design and layout plucked him away from coding. Along the design path he also has a passion for fashion, captivated by fabrics, textures, cuts, silhouettes, draping, and movement. Away from the design light he loves all things on wheels that brings adrenaline. From leaning through corners on a motorcycle, carving up the city streets on a skateboard, or hitting a roll from third-gear.
